Well Pharmacy was changing. Cuts to Ministry of Health budgets were beginning to bite, and the business was looking to automation as a way to right the ship. Obviously, this made staff nervous, but our advice was not to sugarcoat things. Creating a strategic proposition of "We are Well. We are changing. We are radically customer-centric," I helped build an internal brand comms piece named the “Changemaker Narrative." It included a set of brand guidelines, a suite of plain-speaking marketing collateral and a brand launch video.
